Originally from Queens, Shevaun relocated to the south shore several years ago. As a self-pronounced lover of all things green, she was fascinated by the scenery. The lush greenery of the south shore starkly contrasted with the city scene Shevaun had lived most of her life. Hungry for a lifestyle change and taken in by the spectacular beaches, nature trails, quaint port towns and water life, Shevaun now spends time exploring the south shore and redefining her life as a Long Islander.
Having spent almost two decades educating children, Shevaun has turned her attention to another passion ~ real estate. She fondly remembers her home buying experience as both “exhilarating and yet overwhelming.” The process fascinated her ~ from house hunting to closing.
