Having been a Real Estate Salesperson for many years and a Sales Manager I have first hand knowledge of how to work with agents, buyers and sellers. To lead my agents to collaborate with each other helps to create a positive work environment. As a Manager (CEO) my door is always open to help. I pride myself on my expertise in negotiating, mentoring, coaching and marketing skills. I assist my agents to develop a business plan and set goals for themselves. I work to help them meet these goals. I believe " The art of learning is listening" . With my experience on all sides of residential real estate and having my MBA in Business Education help to make me a great Manager and leader.
